• We offer shipping across the UAE and selected GCC countries.
  

• All orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that are dispatched the following business day.

• Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on location.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery in real time.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Maia Marca, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • All tags and labels intact

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or receipt

Return Process

1. Email us at info@maiamarca.com to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

3. Include the RAN and completed invoice with your return parcel.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

• For items received damaged or defective, return shipping is free, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

REFUNDS

• Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, a refund will be processed.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 4–7 business days.

• For installment payments, refunds will follow your bank’s installment reversal process. Please check with your bank for timing.

NOTE

• Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

• Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
